Westling makes me very sore. I am taking two PT (Army physical training) courses this semester. One is at 5:30 AM and the other is at 3:30 PM. both are taught by Rangers. In the morning class I do more traditional PT stuff; i.e., lifting, running, pull-ups, push-ups, and sit-ups. In the afternoon course I am going to learn how to wrestle, Box, and the fine art of jusitsu. After we're done with our combatives we run or do whatever Sgt. Criteser tells us to do. With this combination I'm working out 5 days a week and two times on Monday. Hopefully I will get bigger. I need to gain about 20 or so pounds. I know I'm getting enough exercise. we'll see what happens. I'm going to eat now. CYA!!!!!
